Melanie Jamieson, Certified Health Coach
Melanie Jamieson, RN, MBA, CHC is registered nurse with over 20 years of experience providing education, guidance, and support to individuals and families enabling them to improve the quality of their lives. Melanie recently received health coach certification from the Dr. Sears Health and Wellness Institute. As a hospice nurse, Melanie saw first-hand the pain and suffering her patients endured, often for diseases that could have been prevented or minimized through lifestyle choices. These experiences sparked a passion for sharing with others how lifestyle choices, exercise, and attitude have a long-term positive impact on the quality and happiness of our lives.
Coaching services with Health Through Time helped me focus on some issues specific to me- issues that weren't being addressed through meetings with my physicians, nutritionists or other methods I'd tried. Melanie's guided conversations about my health helped me find the disconnect between the health I envisioned for myself and my current life.
Certified Health Coach
Melanie received her Health Coach Certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, founded by world-renowned physician and author, Dr. William Sears. Once certified, a Health Coach possesses the knowledge, tools, and resources to make a positive difference in the health of others.
